Sales Director

Russian Pharmaceutical Company looking for Sales Director (Representative Office), this position will have Marketing & PR and Medical Representatives reporting to him/her.

Responsibilities:
overall responsibility for sales in the Vietnam Republic territory;
to develop the network of sales in Vietnam;
to sustain and improve the existing partnerships;
managing the sales team (? people);
to make the annual sales/marketing plan;
to organize sales trainings for the team and distributors;
to organize product launches;
to maintain current accounts and to activate the sleeping once;
to contribute to accurate purchasing schedule by giving accurate sales forecast;
to maintain good, long lasting relationship with the customers;
to co-operate with service department on customer technical needs;
to participate in exhibitions;
to maintain good product knowledge;
to build good, solid reputation of the company.
Skills:
higher education (sales, economy); University Business Degree or equivalent;
fluent English (French and Russian languages will be an advantage);
mature, dynamic, positive, strong self-motivated and result oriented personality.
projecting self-confidence and possessing an obvious sharp native intelligence;
socially competent with excellent interpersonal communication/negotiation skills and ability to advocate persuasively;
prominent leadership style with the ability to lead and manage people at remote locations;
team player;
strong multi-tasks strong organization/time management skills;
decision maker;
innovator, ideas generator, quickly adaptable and having a trouble-shooting nature;
irreproachable ethics;
good analytical skills.
